The Raymund Arts and Media Center is the second phase of a $16 million construction program which will dramatically change the look and function of the 40 year old Shorecrest Preparatory School campus. Phase one of the construction program has included moving athletic fields and the construction of a lower division classroom building.

Shorecrest Preparatory School has a strong Arts and Humanities program that includes a comprehensive Fine Arts Enrichment Program that introduces all students to accomplished artists, various music forms and theatrical performances, both on and off campus. The Raymund Arts and Media Center is a much needed facility to support the schools educational mission.

The 31,482 square foot facility includes a Performing Arts wing and a Media Center wing. The Performing Arts wing includes:
• a 610 seat theater with state-of-the-art lighting and sound.
• a 2,000 square foot black box theater
• a 1,700 square foot Instrumental/Choral music suite
• a 2,767 square foot multipurpose room
• dressing rooms/costume storage
• shop/prop storage
• an art gallery
• a box office and donor lobby
