J. O. DeLotto and Sons has completed a number of campus expansion projects as construction manager and design builder. These include:

• Lykes Center for the Arts - construction of a 2 story, 15,000 square foot performing arts center that includes a 660 seat auditorium, a flex studio, lighting and sound booths and performance dressing rooms.

• Lower Division Classroom – construction of a 2 story, 15,000 square foot classroom facility.

• Athletic Facility Expansion - construction of a 15,000 square foot addition including a new gymnasium, classrooms, and locker rooms.

• Student Services Center - 25,000 square foot, 2 story facility including counseling offices, work rooms, computer labs, bookstore, commercial kitchen, offices, and library renovations.
