This project consists of the construction of a new campus for Tampa Preparatory School on an eleven acre site in downtown Tampa. Phase one included site work, relocation of utilities, and relocation of athletic fields and the field house. Phase two includes construction of a 125,000 square foot classroom building, a 15,000 square foot athletic facility, and a 10,000 square foot black box theater. The upper division classroom facility includes 8 chemistry laboratories and facilities for visual and performing arts.

The signature building is a three story domed classroom and administration building. Other campus features include a state of the art black box theatre with a black granite façade, and athletic facilities that consist of a double gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool with a diving well.

Phase two was completed in May 2002.
