Demolition of and existing dealership and the construction of a new 32,000 Nissan dealership with a service receiving center. Renovation of 18,000 square foot, 30 bay service center. Removal and remediation of existing in ground lifts, electrical system upgrades, installation of above ground lifts, HVAC and exhaust evacuation installations, and installation of speed doors. The facility includes quick lube, asymmetrical and alignment lifts.
