Psychological Assessment Resources, Inc. is a publisher and distributor of psychological assessment instruments. The owner wanted to construct an office and distribution facility adjacent to its headquarter offices on a site which fronts a major area roadway. This 22,000 square foot facility was designed and constructed to meet the needs of their fast growing company while providing a corporate presence that ties in well with the existing offices.
