Eagle Creek is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide the most efficient office layout and provide warehouse/distribution space. The 28,800 square foot facility consists of a one story L-shaped building that will accommodate a single tenant or multiple tenants.

The project features tiltwall construction, a built up roof, 40’ x 40’ column spacing and 18’ minimum clearance.
