This construction management project consists of the renovation and remodeling of a high school built in early 1960’s. The scope of work includes a new HVAC system, electrical system and fire safety system; code and accessibility upgrades, and interior and exterior cleaning and painting. The 150,000 square foot facility consists of approximately 12 buildings, and the work is being completed while the school is in operation.

DeLotto and Sons is currently completing this project under a construction management contract. Through re-sequencing of work we were able to accelerate the original 20 month schedule to a 13 month schedule, and we have saved the owner $400,000.
