This 20,000 square foot project on the University of South Florida Campus, completed under a design/build contract with FleischmanGarcia, houses students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The building includes ten classrooms, two multipurpose spaces, resource rooms and medical clinic and an administrative suite.

The original project scope included only spaces for kindergarten through third grade. Through a strong partnership program, the project team was able to save more than $200,000 to complete the added scope to accommodate the fourth and fifth grade students.
