Doug Littrell

Doug joined DeLotto and Sons in 1984 as a Master Carpenter. His ability to handle complex projects, and his acute attention to detail soon made him a candidate for leadership. After completing the Florida AGC’s Superintendent Supervisory Training program in 1988, Doug was promoted to project superintendent. As a result of his ability to effectively manage multiple projects, he was promoted to Project Manager in 1995 with job responsibilities which included project management, estimating, and coordination of all field personnel.

Doug has continued to develop his management skills, and he is a valued member of the executive management team and the company’s ownership group. In 2002 he was named vice president, and in 2006 he was named executive vice president.

Doug has successfully managed the completion of a wide variety of projects, including medical, custom residential, auto dealerships, historic restorations, commercial and industrial office buildings and high-end commercial interiors.

Glazer Children’s Museum, Tampa, FL –50,000 square foot, three-story facility featuring approximately 24,000 square feet of exhibit space, $10.7 million, 2010

Ferman at Cypress Creek, Lutz, FL – 99,000 square foot dealership complex that includes three automotive sales and service centers on a 12 acre site, $14 million, 2007

Reeves BWM Sales and Services Center, Tampa, FL – 89,000 square foot automotive sales and service center , $6 million, 2004

St. Joseph’s Outpatient Center at Westchase, Tampa, FL – 30,000 square foot outpatient center with MRI and CT scan suites, $2.8 million, 2002

Tower Diagnostic Breast Center/Orion Medical Management Corporate Offices, Tampa, FL – 28,000 square foot renovation to house MRI and CT scan suites and the Orion Medical Management Corporate Offices, $2.1 million, 2008
