Wayne Fernandez
Executive Vice President
Wayne is a graduate of the University of South Florida. He joined J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. in 1984, and he has since gained a broad spectrum of construction experience. His eye for detail, knowledge of structural systems, and uncompromising standards for quality, has earned him notoriety in the construction industry. Wayne's professional job management skills and his hands on approach result in top quality projects for his clients.

Accomplishments

Active in the community, Wayne has been instrumental in the formation of the Bay Area Urban Search & Rescue Team. The team coordinates the City of Tampa and the City of St. Petersburg Fire Departments to respond to heavy rescue operations statewide. He is also a member of the National Rescue Engineering Council.

Wayne is on the Board of Directors and President–Elect of Associated Builders & Contractors. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Ybor City Rotary, Board Member of the Ybor Development Corporation, and on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Firefighters Museum.
