Craig Lamberson
President
Craig began his construction career 30 years ago after graduating from the University of Florida School of Building Construction. Since that time, he has served as an estimator and project manager on a variety of projects including schools, churches, office buildings, industrial facilities, and condominiums.

After working for a local general contractor for eight years, Craig served as owner’s representative for the development of Harbour Island. His responsibilities included infrastructure development, the office/retail/hotel complex, athletic club and condominium construction. Additionally, as construction manager with Trammell Crow, he developed office, industrial and service center projects in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Polk Counties.

Accomplishments

Craig's areas of expertise include conceptual estimating, project scheduling, value engineering and project management. His interpersonal skills, attention to detail and overall knowledge of the construction industry enhance his ability to provide the owners with cost effective and quality projects. Since joining DeLotto, Craig has developed longstanding relationships with a diverse client base, including Hillsborough County Public Schools, MacDill Federal Credit Union, Berkeley Preparatory School, and several faith oriented organizations.

Craig is active in his church where he plays French horn in the church orchestra, serves and has served on various church committees, and teaches a Single Adult Bible Fellowship Class. His community service includes being President of his Homeowner's Association Board of Directors and serving on the newly formed South Lutz Community Council. In 1998 Craig acted as Arrangements Chair for the Tampa Bay Billy Graham Crusade.
