Chester H. Ferguson Law Center is a state of the art facility that serves as the administrative offices for the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation. The facility serves not only as a location to conduct business, but also provides a venue for educational and social events for the Association.

This two-story facility located in downtown Tampa adjacent to the Stetson University College of Law Campus includes a 2,500 square foot great hall, lecture hall, kitchen, large reception lobby and grand stairway, lounge/pub room, mediation room, administration offices and storage. The Mediterranean Revival Style of architecture was chosen to complement the Stetson building and to pay homage to the style so prevalent in the Tampa Bay area. Among its most distinguishing architectural details are the tall, arched top windows on the first floor, the grand columned entry with a balcony overlooking Tampa Street, the balustrades and brackets on the second floor and the barrel tile roof.
