Sam Rampello Downtown Partnership School
This unique, urban 109,000 square foot campus serves more than 700 kindergarten through 8th grade students in downtown Tampa. The project is a joint venture project between the School District of Hillsborough County and the Tampa Downtown Partnership. The school serves children who live in the downtown area and children whose parents work in downtown Tampa.

The campus, which encompasses two city blocks, consists of a two-story elementary school building with administrative offices and a media center which serves both the elementary school and the middle school students; a single story cafeteria building; and a middle school classroom building which is elevated to provide a covered play area and covered spaces for student drop off/pick up. The design also includes a rooftop art classroom and a dance studio.
