This unique, urban 109,000 square foot campus serves more than 700 kindergarten through 8th grade students in downtown Tampa.

Project scope included the renovation of a former sanctuary/auditorium and new 34,000 square foot elementary school.  

DeLotto was hired as construction manager to work with STH Architectural Group to construct a new campus in Lutz on a 25-acre site bordering the largest lake in Lutz and a six-lane highway. 

DeLotto was hired to perform a complete upgrade of the entire HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems at both school campuses.

The 25,295 square foot, two-story Landy Hall Upper Division Classroom Building classrooms, administrative offices, conference spaces, art and music classrooms and computer labs.

The 24,000 square foot Middle Division Classroom Building includes classrooms, 2 science labs, a computer lab, drama rehearsal spaces, art studios and administrative offices.

The 30,000 square foot, Morean Manning Lower Division Classroom Building was completed in June 2004.

The Raymund Arts and Media Center was designed to support Shorecrest Preparatory School's strong and diverse Arts and Humanities programs.

This 20,000 square foot project on the University of South Florida Campus, completed under a design/build contract with FleischmanGarcia, houses students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

DeLotto has completed 10 projects on campus during the four phase 70,000 square foot addition of the performing arts center, Upper Division, Middle Division, and Lower Division classrooms, athletic facilities, and student services building.  

DeLotto was hired as the general contractor for this 36,000 square foot addition of the media center, assembly hall, catering kitchen, and athletic facilities for Academy of the Holy Names.  

This multi-phase project consisted of the construction of a new campus for Tampa Preparatory School.

DeLotto was selected to construct a 51,000 square foot classroom building.

The Walter Athletics Complex at Tampa Preparatory School was completed as part of the new 150,000 square foot campus construction in downtown Tampa.

Construction of a two-story, 15,000 square foot performing arts center that includes a 660 seat auditorium, a flex studio, lighting and sound booths and performance dressing rooms.

Renovation of administration offices and construction of an adjoining 19,000 square foot center including a full kitchen, student lounges, and computer labs.
