DeLotto was hired to construct the 37,000 square foot new Audi Tampa sales and service auto dealership for Reeves Import Motorcars.

DeLotto served as Construction Manager for the construction of this dealership complex on a 12 acre site on U.S. Highway 54 in Pasco County.

This 89,000 square foot auto dealership includes two buildings - a two-story Sales Building and a Service and Parts Building with a second floor covered vehicle inventory storage and a vehicle elevator.

This project was comprised of a renovation and additions to an existing dealership housing Mazda sales and service.

DeLotto served as Construction Manager for this 17,500 square foot facility which was constructed on the site of the Reeves Volkswagen Dealership.  

This project included demolition of the existing dealership and the construction of a new 32,000 square foot Nissan dealership with a service receiving center. 

The scope of work included the renovation and building facade modifications to the pre-owned and new car showrooms, service drive, customer lounge and retail parts area.  

Service center upgrades including lighting and finishes, HVAC, and vehicle exhaust evacuation systems as well as renovations to meet Volkswagen Corporate Image Program.
